Tranmission Mount Bolts
Hello Club Lexus members. This is my first post after lurking the forums for quite a while.
Yesterday I was replacing my transmission mount, and I botched the job by breaking the head off one the bolts that connects the mount to the transmission. Could anyone confirm if the part # for the transmission mount bolts are 90119-08770?

All of the bolts for the mount are pretty low torque. It sounds like you are really trying to wrench them on there. Even the 17mm head bolts into the body are like 19 ft/lb at the most. I'm not near my computer so I can't confirm the p/n and torque specs just yet.

The problem I have now is I need to get new bolts for the transmission mount, but I do not know what type of bolt I need. I was planning on ordering it through the lexus parts site and was wondering what the correct part number is.

Exactly the same thing happened to me a few years ago, trying to remove one of the four bolts. I was annoyed and upset, but ultimately I left it as it was. After all, I figured it couldn't go anywhere...

The 4 bolts holding the trans mount to the trans tail housing are indeed 90119-08770 (10 ft/lb)
The 4 nuts holding the crossmember to the mount are 94150-80841 (10 ft/lb)
The 4 larger bolts holding the crossmember to the body are 90119-10551 (19 ft/lb)
Find a car in a junk yard near you and rob the bolts from there if you can. But the bolts will be cheap from the dealer anyway.

Thanks billy do you think I can still drive the car with one broken bolt?

Can you see the depth it has broken into? I am sure Lexus of Mission Viejo screwed it but using impact and damaging the threads.

Absolutely. I have no questions. I already poured $1000s in restoring all the parts I know of. So for removing this seems I don't have a method than drilling and tapping them.
