The one I took out at the wrecking yard was not easy, the window track is in the way and took some work to get it all out. I think the manual says to remove the window to do it.

Its all right there in the tutorial yes the track has to come out and youll scratch your paint on the top if the door if you dont watch out and wrap it up. I left the window in the door in the front track
