I just returned from my recent road trip and on the way back to California from Oregon I got 500.1 miles on 20.5 gallons. This tank was 95% highway while averaging 75 MPH on Oregon 92 octane.

So far this is most miles I've recorded for a tank of gas and it is good to know I has some fuel to spare, I could have gone further (just didn't want to push it). Anyone else with similar results?

Yes... Just went from OC to Vegas on a Half of tank yesterday... I know I could make it back before having to fill it up

I used to get to 480 regularly when I was doing trips from NY to GA before the light came on.

I'm pretty sure these cars could do close to 600 a tank all highway. Close to 30 mpg highway around 20 gal.

I used to get 500 miles per tank on highway years ago on my1999 LS , havent tried it for a while now. But that was about 30 miles with fuel light on, you can go 60-70 miles after the light comes on.
