Default What's this connector for?

I found this connector lying around in my 91 Celsior. It is not connected to any ECU or any junction box. It lies on the drivers side foot-well beneath the cruise control ECU.

I have that same connector with nothing plugged into it. I always wondered what it was for also but just figured it was for an option that my car did not have.
