Default HELP: Fender removal

Is there a diagram floating out there of how to remove fenders off a 98-00? I got the top part to move around, but there seems to be a bolt on the bottom somewhere and I cannot find it.

There are 2 bolts underneath the cladding that covers the bottom of the fender and some bolts behind the turn signal.

The lower fender moulding is held on by 2 allen-headed bolts at the front edge and a clip on the back edge. There should be a couple bolts at the bottom edge there, iirc.

Just removed both fenders last weekend. There's about this many nuts, bolts, etc...don't forget the one behind the front door jamb too!
