Just a bought a new LS 400
Just bought another LS 400 my second (previous had a '93) and probably my last. Overpaid a little bit $6500 but it was 1 Owner, all matinence records (even had the original window sticker) and the rare Black on Black. Needs nothing, everything in working order. 103K. It's a 99, I'm good with it. Probably keep it stock, daily driver. Just wanted to share

Rare black on black? I've seen so many of that combo. With miles it has and in great shape you didn't pay too much. So shiny I thought it was a mural that was painted on the trunk lid.

Nice and clean looking... I don't mind overpaying when the car is exceptional and has been well cared for. And with those low miles... that purchase price will be spread out over many years of enjoyment and pleasure. Congrats.

I've always seen tan interiors so it is nice to see that combo. Of course I like black on black cars. That car is clean. Would have cost a couple thousand more around these parts. I think you did good. Nothing wrong with a LS400 stock for a daily. That is what they were meant for and they did it well. Congrats.

Thanks everyone, I plan to keep it for a looooong time. I see many with the tan interiors also (that's what I was referring to) not so many black on black. But it's very clean, just keeping it rust free is gonna be the challenge as I drive in these Michigan winters.

Very nice. Great find! I don't think you paid too much for it. I bought my 1998 for $7,500 back in Nov 2014. White with grey interior. Just as clean as yours but with 122,000 miles. I too will also pay a little bit more for a car that is well taken care of. My 1998 still looks brand new inside and out.

Nice car and decent price for a well maintained one. I paid $7000 for my 2000 with 88K miles in Feb 2015. I thought I paid more, but the car is in great shape. Do all the required maintenance and you have a keeper
