I have a 1991 LS400 and the antenna does not go up all the way....it goes up halfway and then gets stuck. Also, when I take off the car, it does not go down. I have to push it down partly and then it goes down all the way, but it never functions correctly for itself. Any suggestions?

 

You can get a new antena mast OEM parts is about $50. Or you can try reinstalling the one you have it sounds like it may have jumped off the tracks.
