I was very impressed on the test drive on how the LS is more powerful, smooth, stable, and quiet over the Town Car and believe me I have no complaints with the Lincoln that car has been a work horse and can carry sooo much in the trunk you would be amazed at what I have put back there and still closed the lid.
No Timmy I am not a limo driver, but I do travel a lot with my job.

Congrats on the purchase! Looks really clean. Did it have the 90K mile service done?

No there is no record of the 90k, it has had all other services done with records to prove, The salesman came right out and told me what was needed on the car before I asked. I have everything on order to do the 90k with timing belt water pump tensioners exc. every filter on the car and every fluid will be changed. I'm very picky when it comes to maintenance I still do Mobil 1 oil changes every 3k. Any other recommendations anyone can think of ?

Looks beautiful! And post-90k service, looks like you're in for many years of smooth sailing. Very cool.

3k is a bit overkill but do as you please. with mobil 1 you can easily do 6k intervals.

the only thing incomparable to the town car is the trunk space. the LS has the gas tank in there so space is cut in half or more.

Yea I know Timmy 3k is overkill but somehow my brain has ocd when it comes to fluids / maintenance. So far the things I miss from my Town Car , the trunk space , the big cup holders , lighted switches , the stereo in both cars are great but the Town Car has this dsp button that lets you choose concert hall jazz rock ect. when choosing hall and cranking up the volume it does sound like your at a live concert and the seats are a little more comfy in the Town Car. The Lexus however blows the Town Car away in power, the interior is much nicer more refined. the body fit and finish is much better. i've only driven the Lexus for 2 days I still need to get all my maintenance done and it does need engine / trans mounts. Considering ive driven the Lincoln for 250k i was very used to it and really did like it. The car never left me stranded . That said I cant really give it a fair comparison yet but I do look forward to really giving it a good spirited drive after all thats done
