Just got my first 1990 Lexus ls400
Ok so I just bought my first Lexus. Well so far so good. I do love Lexus. But there's a few problems. Maybe someone here can help. First I have no key fob and have to open the car from the passenger door and alarm goes off. I disconnected the horn but can I get a new key fob or just take the alarm out. Next. I have a clunking noise on tahe off and brake. I think it's the bushings. Well can't get just bushings need the whole assembly. Where is a good place at good prices. Because $400+ is way too much. Thank you for all the help y'all can help with.

I did a bit of legwork recently, if your looking for OEM quality products then I suggest Park Place Lexus in TX, I called a handful of Lexus dealerships and their prices are considerably better than most.
Other more seasoned Lexus guys may have better ideas yet.

Sewell Lexus also has good prices when you sign up on line and indicate Club Lexus membership. Better prices online than in person at the counter...
Not sure about your other problems... but with a car that age, then you might need to swap out a few front end parts to keep it up to speed...

Thank you all for your help. I've found out it is a great car but needs a few parts. But I have no complaints yet. "other than the price of OE parts" lol its not the nieces thing to look at yet needs a paint job has stock wheels but I can fix that. I'll post pics in time as I play with it.
