I need some help with my 91 ls, my street flooded along with my car and now the seats dont work, neither does my gear shift, power locks, trunk or gas tank buttons neither . I dont know if its a fuse or relay or what could it be someone please help me out.

How far up did the water go? depending on that the car might not ever work correctly again but you def have to let it dry out.

 

I'd say start with the fuses... track each one down. Going to take some time. I don't see a magic wand solution here.
