I'm looking for advice on fixing the yellow on my front bumper On a 97 ls400. Idk what my best option would be. Would i have to go with a new bumper? Is there a style of plastic dip that i could try messing with that wouldn't look too bad? Or could it be repainted? Also i 'd consider going with an all black bottom half instead of gray around the car. But that'd be some major stuff.

I'm also looking to get this part on my car. What would be the best way of getting one? Junkyard or can i find one from someone online, or should I try to contact Lexus?

 

Bumper just needs a respray if there is no damage and you can find that part from a yard or just order it from one of the online Lexus dealers new. I know it's part of the lower cladding or something like that but I can't remember.
