Rod knock? Or something else?
Started the Lex this morning and after it came to an idle, I heard a donk...donk, donk.......donk donk donk...donk, way down deep in the engine compartment. Down around the block.
Rod or piston knock, or could there be anything else causing this noise (I pray).
Motor has 140K.
