Default Couple Quick Questions

First, my driver's seatbelt doesn't suck the belt back up which means when I lean forward the belt pretty much stays that loose. It has a little recoil on it, and if I push it abck into the doorjam it takes it. What should I do to attempt to fix this?

Also, I want to change my tranny fluid, but am contemplating just changing the fluid or having it pumped/flushed? The flush includes cleaning of the pan and replacing the seals/gaskets. Is the flush worth it or should I just stick to changing the fluid (which is all I ever did with my Maxima)? My transmission has a slght little thunk when I lift off of the pedal under light accelleration, I'm hoping fluid may make it less obvious but am doubtful. I read after searching about some ECU or something on early 2nd gen LS's, I wonder if my extended warranty covers this, and how do I go about diagnosing the tranny problem?

Thanks
