actually no, that is what is specified given the type of strain the aftermarket (much stronger) bolts are undergoing.
Figs for example specifically quoted me at stock + 10% for aftermarket grade bolts. so ~93-95 ft*lbs.
120 is an old number given out with some 2GS SAGE rcas which was later updated. It may be what studio is giving out to users of the camber ADAPTERS, not regular RCAs.

Thanks. For example. You mean 113NM + 10% round 126NM (93ft-lbs) is ok?
After i install the Camber and torque it to 85ft-lbs, i feel that was verry near to damage the screw thread. Maybe can imagine me...
Timmy, what can you say. How it is with your 95ft-lbs toque for now? How fast you drive? Hows your streets there? We have here big holes in the streets and im scary abt to cut the bolts when the tire ran into one of this holes.
Ah what I noticed. when I'm driving I have a loud rolling noise. Mean it comes from the tires. Is this normaly?

sorry to bother you on your thread, but what kind of noise exactly did your car make after the rca install? i did get shorter 45mm bolts for my gs but its making some crazy creaking noises after i installed my camber rcas. it occurs when i turn wheel even slightly, but when i turn the wheel back and forth rapidly it will not produce any noise. ive ruled out tie rods and lower ball joints because theyre new.

yep it creaked alright at slow turns. i found out when i uninstalled them that the aluminum washer i used crushed so much that it went into the threads ruining some of the bolts! this gave me a false torque reading! properly torqued, it should not make a peep!

Hey and sorry for my late reply im sittin in a hospital right now.
No i dont hear anything like your noise. Mine comes from the tires. I torqued like timmy0tools and works wonderful for now. I use to screw glue.
Can be to that i use three different bolt lenght for fixing the rca's.
Timmy why you yuse aluminum washers? I buyed some steel washers and cut them that sits perfectly in the hole.
I recommend to to using washers! I installed before the bolts without and saw that the hole inside beginn to become pressed!

is the noise still happening? i did notice that it does creak initially then does settle and goes away after driving a few miles.
as for the aluminum washer, it was proved in the hardware kit from studio. after removing and re-torquing a few times the washer just crushed! it was a one-time-use washer. i have stainless steel replacements.

Did you torque to 95 ft-lbs?
Were the bolts that came work or did you have to use the shorter ones like the Studio RCA
Did you have to grind the balljoint like the instructions say?
