Unhappy CRAZY Transmission Problems Help please.....

Here's the deal the car starts out driving fine the transmission is shifting fine until you drive it for a little ways then it starts slipping or more like it goes into neutral but you are still in drive. Now here is the crazy part... if you turn the engine off and restart it, it shifts fine again... for a little while longer then it does it again. So you turn it off and restart it and once again it shifts fine. Can anyone help? Has anyone else had this problem? I also have electrical problems with my instrument panel lights flickering off and on sometimes everything works sometimes only part work and other times none work. Please HELP! :

Had that problem before, transmission filter is dirty, replace filter and fluid, it will run again normal but check fluid level first before replacing parts, maybe needs more fluid

I would change fluid and filter, and make sure the fluid level is correct, but the fact that you can restart the car quickly and the problem goes away, strongly suggests that the transmission control (ECU capacitors) or a solenoid is the issue.
