Default ROCA Bushes

After a recent accident in my '98 LS400, I purchased a used lower control arm but the mechanic tells me the bush looks shot so, I can either purchase a new control arm (about $270) or purchase ROCA bushes (Ebay $100 inc freight to Australia) and that's for both sides. My idea would be if I get the ROCA's, I would replace both sides....
I had to replace the R/H strut bar as it was bent, so as a matter of course, I will replace the L/H strut bar bush with OEM.
My question is does anyone know anything about ROCA lower control arm bushes ?
Are they any good or should I just bite the bullet and buy a new control arm ?
