Has anyone tried to put a lower bumper with the marker lights off a 98-2000 on a 95-97? I would like to try this. I have seen where they have modified the dummy lights for better visibility in cornering and i like the way it looks.

 

Lexkost had modified his L Sportline kit to his '96. Any competent body shop can modify it to fit. My body shop guy could have done it to mine when I had the bumper replaced some years back. I didn't push it since it was an insurance replacement and they had already taken delivery of the 95-97 bumper cover.
