Default Dash Panal Lights, other questions

I just got a 1994 Lexus LS 400 and the dash panal is basically out with an occasional flicker. Has anyone else had this issue? Also my car needs a paint job and interior work, Anyone with this model think it's worth getting it restored with its age? Imean i really runs pretty good for such an old car, I have no problem with its power. Any suggestions would help alot. Thanks!

Welcome to the club!

By dash you mean the cluster or the ac/radio area?
And having not seen pictures, I would say your car on the absolute high end is worth 3500.
Want to drop 1500 into a low end paint job and 1000s in the interior depending how far you go with it?
Up to you. But completely restoring her wil most deffinatly exceed what you paid for her.

My opinion.. If you love the car, fix any major body damage then put money into maintainence or upgrades if thats what your into.
Save the rest of the money and save up for a gen 2 or 2.5 if youve got the cash.

Heck, if you love the car, then anything you put into it is worth it! And i can say its a much better platform to "dump" money into than say.... a 1986 ford tempo or something with no style.
