Hello 92 LS400 here, I was reading some threads on the MAF sensor and how to clean it. I read in a few posts that you should not touch the MAF in 94 and older cars because of the kind of MAF they have. Is this true and if so how should I clean my MAF? Thanks very much!

 

There is no wire to clean on the 92. If you spray anything on it the car will run bad for awhile. And you you may end up damaging the maf.
