Default Brake Sensors

hi guys, got a question.

i have a 93 LS400 and something weird is going on lately. the brake sensor light comes on and off intermittently. if i brake normally, it never comes on. but if i slam on the brakes, it comes on. once i release the brakes, it goes off. so what does this mean? bad sensor? cuz i've replaced a brake sensor before and i know that the only way for the brake sensor light to come on is when the brake sensor get's grinded a bit and its contacts get screwed up.

are u talking about the red brake warning light? if so, check to make sure your brake fluid is full.
