I am looking to get some black floor mats for my car. I have looked around, but I am having a hard time finding oem floor mats for a 98 LS400; I really don't want to go to a dealer. I do see allot of other mats around the same years, but different models; 1999-2004 ES, GS, LX, IS. Does anyone know if any of these are compatible with the 98 LS400? The pedal on the LS400 I noticed is allot longer than other cars and I think that causes issues when selecting mats. Thanks guy's

 

OEM mats in black for the 98-00 LS seem to no longer be available. I'm in the same boat and hope to make my original black mats last as long as I own my 00 LS. Check Sewell for the availability of other colors: http://lexus.sewellparts.com/accesso...1998/2942.html

LS400 OEM mats seem to pop up in dealer inventories from time to time, even after being discontinued and depleted, as well as showing up brand new on ebay, keep hunting, it took me months to find them for my 96, just like it took a while to find the factory service manual for only $55 rather than $250

patience and persistence will get them every time!
