Nope, ran fresh power from the battery, rca's and remote from the head-unit and grounded to the chassis in the trunk.

Used a JL JX1000/1D.

I can take more pics of the work that I had to do. Wasn't hard just had to find out the best areas to route the wiring thru the trunk and firewall.

This is just a temporary setup till I find a nice way to make a enclosure where the spare tire is right now.

Ordered a Compustar RFP2W901SS 2 Way Alarm/Starter Combo to replace the cheap "carbine" alarm that was installed.

Thanks! Well I still own my RX-7 and my BMW. This is actually my winter car believe it or not, haha. I'll be doing some extensive mods overall as I read up and see what is possible and see where I want to take this car.

The RX-7 right now has a stuck seal so I will be torn down this winter to get a rebuild and get a bigger port job to get some better response from the GT42R i'm using right now.

The BMW might get a replica E90 M3 front bumper, but that will probably be as far as I go with her since she's still under warranty.

Yeah suits the car perfectly. Its Wald's Excecutive kit, and the tails are Junction Produce.

Cleaned the engine bay real good. Looks brand new, but now the car runs like a sack of ****. It has a rough idle and hesitates when given gas below 2k rpm. Also my (jdm) overheat catalytic converter light shows up time to time.

Going to order new plugs and wires today and see if that fixes the issues.

I noticed you commented about the lack of oomph with the Celsior. Are you gonna beef up the 1UZ?

As to my bad idling and rough hesitation issues, looks like I have some oil seeping into my spark-plug hole. Just in one though. I'll order up a valve cover gasket kit and re-do it, that should fix the problem permanently.

I changed the plugs and wires. Surprisingly the plugs were pretty new, but the ignition wires were old and brittle. So at least that's done now too.

Hey man, I'll take some pics and write something out in the next couple of days.

Yeah, I'm researching about adding a blower. I've seen some members rocking the bullet supercharger kit. I'd be perfectly happy with 6-7 psi on the stock block.

Thanks! Yeah kind of weird how it has every available option besides the sunroof!

I say go for it. Its not too many S'C'd XF10's out there, that'd be a great build man.
