Help: A/C wiring hookup
I have a 1991 LS400. Last summer I had to replace the A/C compressor. The clutch bearings gave out, causing the clutch to freeze, causing the serpentine belt to shred, which destroyed the wiring to the A/C unit. I mean really destroyed it.
The trouble is now I have no idea how to hook up the wiring. I will have to get a plug to hook into the plug on the A/C unit, and then try to figure out what wires from the battery/elsewhere hook into that plug. There is also a wire from the area at the back of the A/C unit that goes somewhere, but I don't know where.
Can anyone help? A photo, or a wiring diagram, showing what goes where would be helpful.
Thanks.
