Default New with question....

So I am getting together my ideas for a LS project after I sell my Saab 9-3. So one question that I have, I have not find a direct definite answer. What is the lowest you can lower a 1st Gen LS with a 19x9 245-35-19 set up, without any fender mods?

+35. I looked last night in the wheel and cars thread and did not find a definitive answer.
