Maybe raise the car up more or try lower profile tires?

Welcome to CL.

If the car won't move, is the wheel hitting the front brake caliper? Tire sitting on fender? What wheel offset?

i'm going to reserve my comments on the wheel size and ask that you:
A-make sure the wheel isn't hitting the caliper...
B-describe your problem better.

Ugh.... you probably jammed the wheel against the caliper. Jack up the front of the car and try to spin the wheel...

It's also possible that you are hitting the knuckle that holds the spindle near the top of the wheel. That was my conflict at least.
You could help yourself by saying what the size and offset of the wheels are.

Please do yourself a favor. Sell these ridiculously oversized wheels and buy a nice, modest, and reserved set of 19's or 20's. It will make your life so much easier and prevent your fine automobile from looking like a cheap hooptie donk.
