Default My brake lights won't turn off Help!!!!!

I parked my car (91 LS) went to store. I came back to the car and then I notice that the tail lights and brake light was still on. I got back in the car started it and went home hoping the problem would go away. IT DIDN'T GO AWAY. now my battery is dead. Please help a LS BROTHER OUT

there is a switch on the brake pedal that operates the brake lights, it could have failed in some way, but with your lights burning, why did you not disconnect your battery cable SO you would not have a dead battery???

I would too if it was just the brake lights.
He said "I notice that the tail lights and brake light was still on."
I would check the trunk hinge wiring. (the link that PD posted)

there is also a box by the amp..it could be bad,just a thought
