Unhappy What Do I Do?

whats up everyone? i just got my hands on an air suspension controller for my car. the only problem is...is that i don't know how to install it. i look at the diagrams and i have no clue what they mean. well i called a car shop today and the guy told me he never installed an air suspension controller before but he has done everything pertaining to the street racing scene. he tells me he can do it, but he doesn't know how much time will be needed. the price he's telling me is $60/hour. now i don't know if that's a reasonable price, but im willing to pay for it(depending if it is a whole day's work). my question to you all is...how long will it take for someone who has never worked on it before? i appreciate the help.

Look around at a few well named motorsports shops first, do not go to the first shop you go to.

yes, i did go to 3 different places.one was a import performance shop(told me they wouldn't do it), the other shop specialized in japanese imports and they told me to go to the lexus dealer. the last one is the one who said he will be able to do it, but he doesn't know how long it will take. i am still trying to find reputable shops here and they seem to be hard to find. any suggestions as to what kind of shops i should deal with? thanks again
