93 ls400 ecm compatibility

Will an ecm from a 94 ls400 with traction control work in a 93 ls400 without traction control. They are different numbers.

I have a 93 ecm w/o trac i got from a junk yard and tried it on my 94 w/ trac and it ran the same to me

93 and 94 parts are compatible.

It will not plug in as I recall, the connectors are different. Even if they do it will throw many codes.
