I've searched but haven't found an exact answer to this question.

I am finally going to get around to installing my new Megan EZ Street Coilover's on my 90 LS400. I'm pretty sure I know how to adjust the ride height, by rotating the shock body up or down, but I have a question surrounding how I know how low the car will sit with a given setting.

It seems the only way I'm going to know how high or low my car is sitting is to try a setting, install the shock, put the wheel back on, and see how it sits. If I don't like it, then I have to take it all apart again, adjust the shock again, and do it all over again. Trial and Error. This seems like a hassle, is there an easier way to do it? This is the first time I've ever had coilover's on my car so I'm relatively new to this. Thanks!

i am in the same boat. I started mine but had to stop for now. The fronts are 2 inches between second ring and bottom ring if you set it at 4 inches i think thats stock height. If that gives you any help. Don't know about rears haven't got that far. Been busy and way too hot out to mess with it. Lucky i don't need to drive it each day.

Yeah thats pretty much it jdog. You can measure the amount you want to go up/down and make the same adjustment to the coilover. Its a tedious task getting coilovers set where you want them
