Maybe for someone else, but not me. To me these cars mileage isn't that important unless you are trying to resell it to someone.

I'm sure it's nice, but I would prefer my car at less than half that cost including the TB new brakes and tires.

Time for another TB now?

Seems a little expensive, I have been looking at some at around the 60-70K, range for about 12-13K. I suppose its ok. If it thrills you, go for it, its cheaper than a camry and will last 3x longer!

Low miles with price to match. If I was going to drop that $, I'd consider 430's with a bit more miles on them. Pro's & con's to that so you have to pick which side you prefer. As much as I like the 2-LS body style over the 3-LS, the updated safety spec of the '01+ has more appeal.

Note to self, when it comes time to buy the next LS, I'm heading to Palm Springs or one of those many Florida retiree areas.

I agree. 17.5k is way too much. I love LS400s don't get me wrong.

It is that shaded car port or garaged heat. LOL...
Makes me wonder which area of the country subjects cars to the worst conditions? NE states with snow, south with heat...etc.

I don't think the west coast is too bad by looking at all you guys' cars, there's alot of real nice ones out there. What, you don't have any salt in the ocean that gets in the air? Here in Ct (northeast) it gets pretty bad with the salt and sand in the winter. I just don't drive too much in the snow anymore, like when I was in my 20s. And it gets real humid in the summer. But then again, is there anywhere in the country that doesn't get hot and humid in the summer?

Damn that's a lot for a 99 LS. Pick up something else. Maybe a GS or another LS430. Haha.

Yup. Grew up in MN, salt in the winters, 100 degrees in the summer. Cars didn't last longer than 10-15 years.
