So I'm sitting in my '98 LS400 with the engine idling waiting for someone when I notice that the engine speed drops with my foot on the break pedal - I lift it off and its back to normal. Its about 50-100 rpm's but its there and repeatable. Why would that happen? I know the brake booster uses engine vacuum but I just don't remember this happening before. Any ideas?
