Throttle Body Coolant Hose

Hi! I'm new here with a question I have an LS400 91/92 and that coolant hose needs replacing, $350 is what Im being told...anyone know if thats a little over the top? I LOVE my car, but sheesh!

The throttle Body Coolant hose is what they said, I was also told it was a bypass pipe

hmm do u know where it is? is it the one that runs under the throttle body?
