HELP GUYS found my emissions prob a previous owner of my sexy lady has wacked the exhaust and broken 1 of the clamps on the Y section but until removal and removal of 1/2 pound of exhaust bodge paste wasn't found now cant the Y section of the exhaust

 

Would you mind clarifying? This is just a run-on sentence that doesn't make any sense.
