Default Exhaust Y section

HELP GUYS found my emissions prob a previous owner of my sexy lady has wacked the exhaust and broken 1 of the clamps on the Y section but until removal and removal of 1/2 pound of exhaust bodge paste wasn't found now cant the Y section of the exhaust

the section that connects to the catalytic converters inc the center box (muffler )
