Default shift solenoid a

ok car is 1999 ls400, its giving me a code P0753 which is shift solenoid a electrical i called some dealership gave them the code,solenoid but the parts department dont even know what is shift solenoid A so am i. can anyone tell me this solenoid A is suppose to be shift solenoid valve no. 1

sounds like the harness and/or solenoid has gone. if you dont know what you're doing its best left to someone who's worked on the trans before.
