yes i do run mobil one and i have 237,000 miles on my 91 lexus and no problems my 86 cressida went 529,000 with same engine and trans with mobil one i change it out at 30k the new cars are now going 100,000 miles on mobil one before changing the new bmw mercdes porche and other high end cars the 2007 and above camarys are using synthetic oil and telling the customers to change the trans oil at 100,000 but some are doing it at 50,000 which is better. The new lexus 460 is using some brand of snythetic trans oil not sure who is the supplier for them...i also use it in my power steering so far no problems.

 

I will probably use Mobil 1 ATF at my next change since I have notice a good improvement with it on my avalon.

 

On new cars I usually change the tranny oil before 20k just to get all the worn metal out of the fluid. After that every 50k or so. But On this older car I think I will change it every 30k (by change it I mean the poor man's flush to change all the fluid) gets expensive with mobil 1 atf since its $7.50 a quart.

 

I warmup for at least 30 seconds now.. just because
