From what i've read elsewhere on the forum yes. It comes with the arms and the replacement nut/ball bushings that you screw in to the car. Just take the old ones off and replace them..it's pretty simple.

I have them on my 95, no bowing. They did, though, on my 90. Must be a Gen1 thing. You can get em at AutoZone. I'm still waiting for someone to source the trunk lid struts.
6n9, ebony teal pearly is a relatively rare color, so take care of the paint. to date there have been a grand total of maybe 5-6 members on CL with an LS in the same color.

DEFINITELY a steal!! all you have to do is keep up with the oil changes. MUSTS upgrades as mentioned before probably are those wheels....at least get the 16" 98-00 rims...the 18's rims from the 04-06 LS430 would look nice and they're LEXUS rims, so they wont bend as easily
