Cool Looking for 1992 LS remote control key :-)

We just bought a 1992 LS 400 and the wireless remote control key was not included, lost by the previous owner.... I have been on the internet all day... Any website suggestions... Please help a girl out. . . I don't want to day $400 for a new one :-(

I'm pretty sure you'll have to go to the dealer if you want it. There's a computer chip in the trunk of the car that will need to be replaced along with the keys. Another option is to install a Viper remote start. It will lock/unlock the doors from a much greater distance than the original keys, plus give you the ability to warm or cool off your car before you get in it on those hot and cool days. It comes with two remotes. If you only have one non-remote key, you can get an additional non-remote key online from Sewell Lexus if you go this route, without having to pay much for it.

lexus wants $450 for 2 keys and the new chip reprogrammed. i just checked on this friday.
