I posted this over in the IS forum too since I got one for each, but I know it's hell finding a reasonably priced shifter for an LS... all the leather/wood ones are $140+ that I've seen...

I wound up getting a solid brass polished shift **** for my LS and it's excellent. I have a polished stainless steel on the way too...

the problem with metal ***** is they get ridiculously hot if you live in a sunny state

lol doesnt fit with the LS Luxury but looks good on the IS.

 

I had my **** and my armrest reupholstered by a local shop, they did an excellent job. I paid $75 for the **** and $60 for the armrest. Great quality leather, double stitching and almost perfect color match.

 

It's not perfect for the luxo look... but I think the brass is the best bet. I've been informed that teardrop and additional styles are on the way and I get to be the tester for some of those. Huzzah!
