How do I adjust the angle of one of the windshield sprayer nozzle?
One sprays the top of the car.

Use a very small finish nail or brad nail that will fit into the spray nozzle and a pair of needle nose pliers to move the nozzle in its socket. Won't take much movement to make a difference in its spray direction. Before you even try to move it, just use the brad to clean out the nozzle. There might be some wax or another foreign substance in there that's redirecting the stream.
