Fitting 18x10s

Does anyone having any experience fitting some 18x10s on a stock bodied LS400? I'm thinking about buying some 5 Spoke Stern wheels for cheap but wanted to see if they can fit w/o widebody.

Specs-

Stern ? model

18x10 all around +30
