Forged Rods

I have a 99 LS400. from what i hear the rods in the engine are not so strong to use forced induction. how difficult would it be to swap the old rods out with new forged rods.

pretty sure i've given you THE website for 1uz performance, as you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about, i suggest reading www.lextreme.com first and figuring out what you need to do THEN ask us specific questions.

and for craps sake, its building a motor, not changing a tire, if you have to ask you're obviously not competent to do it.
