OK guys and gals, I have just bought my second LS400 (94) and want to change the Nakamichi tape deck and install pioneer CD-NAV system. Question: Do I need to bypas the Nakamichi amp and rewire from new unit to my existing speaker or....... replace all or?

not worth it, you'll need a whole new harness, new amp, new headunit, and likely a new cd changer.

 

I bypassed everything lol... I have a 90 an I changed all my door speakers (component in the from coaxial in the back) and I run them off a 350watt kicker amp so I run rca to my radio and caught my speaker wire before it hit my radio and re-ran them
