Yep, thats exactly what it looks like
Out with the old, in with the new!
With that being said, I need assistance from our forums electrician experts, more on that tomorrow, for now enjoy the pics.

Ok, well heres the story. The rear seat doesnt fit, you have to make it fit. As you can see I made it fit, but its not 100%... yet.
The front seat, at least the passenger seat for now has been easy so far. The holes align, one of the holes is a about 1/2" off - will need some work and the fourth hole will need a custom made adaptor.
As far as the wiring, well the seat moves in all directions - slides forward and backward, goes up and down in the front and rear, reclines up and down, the headrest moves up and down, and even the lumbar works. Here's the tricky parth though. The old seat had 8 wires, the new one has 13. I only spliced two wires from the old seat to four wires on the new seats (one positive from old into two positives on new, and one ground from old to two grounds on new), and everything works. The only thing that doesnt work is the heater, but that can't be more than two or three wires? So if its three wires, I will have three wires on the old connector and 6 wires on the new connector not connected? I'm just totally confused and electrical circuits aren't exactly my greatest expertise.

Speaking of comfort, our original seats in the first gen are horrible. They are down right the most uncomfortable, spingly, unsupporting crap, and the quality of leather leaves much to be desired. I cant even begin to explain how much more comfortable these LS430 seats are... they might the most comfortable seats ever.
And the best part I bought them all for $415 on ebay
