hey how it going i have a 91ls400 and there no sound coming out of the speaker, it had a pioner cd changer but it was taken, out and all it has as of the moment is a cassset player and radio.... the antena for the radio is not there either i tried a casset and it play it but no sound. And the radio same thing i cant even hear static and ideas as what going on or how to fix it????? i checked the fuses and there all fine.

 

check the amps to see if they're still there.

 

tha amps for what? and were would they be???

 

Look in the trunk on the driver side against the back seat and peel back the trunk liner to see if the amp for the radio is still there. If the antenna is gone for the radio as well, you may only hear static, nothing else. Not too uncommon for the tape player not to play as it is an 18 y/o car.

 

i know i should at least hear static but i donr hear nothing at all when i play the radio.... Not even static
