i was overhauling my brakes and tie rod ends(inner n outter) this weekend and decided while everything was out to replace the rack coz it leaks. didnt do any research on rack and its off already. never done one before and now realize that there's a science to it. wanna install it right the first time please help.
PS: do the rebuilt racks always come with the soleniod valve and inner tie rod?

 

Most rebuilt racks do not come with the solenoid valve, so you should keep yours off your old rack.
It's been my experience that most aftermarket/rebuilt racks come with inner tie rods. Some rebuilt units come with the outers included as well. Just make sure to ask the vendor what is included with the unit you end up buying. Good Luck.
