class II trailer hitch

i want to put a strong trailer hitch on my lexus. anyone heard of one that is easy to bolt up? or can be welded on?

I bought a Draw-Tite from http://www.etrailer.com/hitch-1995_Lexus_LS400.htm for my 2000 LS400. All the ones I've seen for the LS400 bolt on to where the muffler hangers bolt on. The ones for the 90-94 and 95-00 LS are different.

My wiring harness is from Modulite, exits the trunk by an ABS wire and runs under the car to a hot terminal on the engine side of the under hood fuse box.
