Default Pretty Car

Even though I am going back to stock, I like the understated mods like yours the most. A look that could have easily come from the factory but is a little different really sets it off. Love the color of yours and the deep navy. I've got to find one for myself one day.

I myself am going back to stock. I got rid of a terrible tint job and some 16 inch after market rims that looked really nasty, all pointy and not in keeping with the character of the car. The dealer I bought it from told me he would give me a grand more than I paid for it a month ago just for taking care of the poor mods. Fortunately, the prior owner did not just spend money in mods, the oil, antifreeze and brake fluid all came our clean, the air filter recently changed. Just a few small electrical glitches and new plugs and wires were all that were really required, although I changed the fluids anyway.

One thing I have wondered with spacers is how much stress they put on the suspension. Lexus control arms do not look very meaty to me. It seems moving the wheels out, even though the point of attachment stays the same would cause some stress. Any engineer types care to weigh in on this?

yes spacers add stress to the wheel bearings. oh well, gotta pay to play!

Very nice man, those are my favorite wheels on the LS--makes the car look much more modern.
