1st Gen Springy Car Seats

Does anyone have pics on how to remove the car seats on a 1st gen? My spring on the seats are tired and needs to be replace.

It's really straight forward....fronts are held in by 4 (14mm I think) bolts that covered but u can pry them off easy. The backs have 2 little tabs where the seat and the carpet meet.
