Accelerator pedal hard to push when cold
My 94 LS400 just recently started having this problem. When I drive it before the engine warms up, the accelerator pedal is hard to push and it takes a long time for the transmission to shift into second unless you ease up on the gas. When you let up then it shifts. Goes away after the engine warms up.
