1992 LS400, needs aircond & timeing belt
i have a 1992 LS400 with 140,000 miles. it sat for 4 years. Now the airconditioning is ruined and needs to be replaced - all of it $1200. Can anyone recomend something cheaper ? also when does the timing belt need to be serviced ? and are there any recomendations on places that can do this place in san leandro , oakland or the east bay ?
